High Season (Jan 2, 2024 – Apr 14, 2024: $408 per night +taxes
Low Season (Apr 15, 2024 – Oct 31, 2024): $262 per night + taxes
Shoulder Season (Nov 1, 2024 – Dec 19, 2024): $306 per night + taxes
Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2024 – Jan 3, 2025): $530 per night + taxes (10 night minimum)
$230 cleaning fee and Hawaii accommodations tax and general excise tax (17.42%) not included. Monthly and long-term rates available upon request.
10% non-refundable deposit required to secure reservation. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

Welcome to Maui 
Just looking at the calendar and it doesn’t seem to be showing me any bookings. Is it available the back half of April. We stayed with you years ago and loved your location. Hoping to return one day.
Hello Tyler- I apologize that our calendar is not up to date. I just checked the live calendar from our agent and the condo is taken for April 23-27. We would love to have you back and can offer a direct booking, so you do not have to pay online and agent fees. We’re usually booked several months out.

If you plug in some dates to the VRBO and hit enter, you should be able to see the calendar. Basically, we have July, August, September and the first half of October. Then again in January 2025. If you write to my wife at Kgookin@msn.com she can check dates you are interested in and give you a price quote. Thanks for contacting us again.
Looking for a condo rental June 27-July 1 or maybe July 3. It looks like you are available. What would rate and full cost be?
Hi Kristen- It’s easiest if you either fill out the contact form or even easier yet if you email me a Kgookin@msn.com I just looked at the calendar our agent keeps and it’s available June 28-July 4. (They blocked off the 27th for maintenance.) I can rent it to you without going through my agent which will save you all the online fees. Feel free to email me if an arrival on June 28 works. Kathy
